About Rare Booklet
This marketing booklet was designed to introduce new audiences to Rare, giving an overview of Rare’s programs, partners, and impact.
It was designed as a 9″ x 12″ booklet featuring a pocket folder on the inside back cover to hold additional collateral pieces.
The white tab and logo placement on the cover emulates a design element featured on Rare’s new website which launched in early 2019.
I incorporated a lot of large, people-focused imagery that crossed the gutter, and played with color and layering to add texture and depth while keeping the overall layout simple and engaging.
As always, I kept sustainability in mind with this piece. I worked closely with a local printer who used vegetable-based inks and 100% wind powered facility., and we used 100% post-consumer recycled, FSC-certified, process chlorine free (PCF) paper.
